AIDA64 requires this consent to reveal WiFi network information like signal power and SSID. - INTERNET - CAMERA. AIDA64 requires this consent to reveal camera info like picture resolution. AIDA64 doesn't take any photos or videos. - On Android 4.2 to 4.3: READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE -- also called Photos/Media/Files. AIDA64 requires this consent to discover external storage (SD-card) total and free space. Notice: Because of a bug from Play Store, even on newer Android releases Play Store will incorrectly request this consent, even though AIDA64 does not need and does not utilize the consent. After the setup of the app, you can check the actually utilized permissions from Android Settings / Programs / AIDA64, and you will see this consent is not employed by AIDA64.
